It’s that time of year when we light the fires and turn the lights down low. Get the spiced cider on the go, start the mulling of the wine, ginning of the damsons and brandying of the old plum pudding…

The kitchen brigade have put together a seasonal menu for the incoming festivities and are beavering away making chutneys, pickles and jams from the Autumn harvest in time for Winter.

We’re also busy adding some winter beers to our range with the arrival of a certain Irish Stout and a Kentish wheat beer.

So, now is the time to cosy up at The Cliffe or come on in to book your party for the festive season.
